From a small family business in road construction, Carmans Aannemingen grew over the years into a strong group of diverse companies. From contracting and sewage works, concrete plant and crushing yard to soil cleaning center and in-house production of stackable concrete blocks. Always with the ideas of the blue economy as the underlying driving force.
Road construction
For public and private clients we construct pavements, sewers and car parks, according to high quality standards and with more than 50 years of experience. Carmans Aannemingen has an approval class 6 and is VCA** certified.
From design to execution, as a total contractor we can handle every phase of road construction. Both asphalt and concrete pavements are part of our activities. Each project is also always carried out with the utmost care by professional craftsmen and with respect for timing, budget and environment.
Our specialities:
Ground stabilization
In road construction a stable surface is crucial. Carmans is responsible for stabilizing and improving soil on construction sites. We can stabilize both vertically and horizontally: a cost-effective alternative to removing and dumping soil that has lost its bearing and binding.
Debris recycling
Carmans is a pioneer and expert in construction debris recycling. Thanks to monitoring from our own lab and external checks of our fixed and mobile crushing plants, you enjoy guaranteed product quality.
- Fixed
We crush and/or screen concrete, brick rubble and asphalt to obtain the desired granules. All materials produced are CE, COPRO and/or BENOR approved. - Mobile
For large quantities, we also come on site with our modern mobile crushing and screening plants. These are perfectly usable on construction and demolition sites and for roadwork. We can also produce CE, COPRO and/or BENOR products on site.

To mix our own crushed materials with cement and turn them into foundation material, we have our own concrete plant. Which today remains among the most modern in its class.
The plant is computer-controlled and thus keeps the production process under constant control. Our motivated employees also guarantee perfect planning, professional advice and complete service.
Mobimix, mobile mixing installation
Mobimix is an added value for every construction site. Operational in a few hours, this mixing plant can fulfill up to four functions on your construction site. Mixing cement, lime or other raw materials, immobilizing contaminated soil, mixing sand, gravel, crushed stone and screen sand as well as producing various mixtures with continuous inspection.
With a capacity of up to 300 m² per hour and a set of tracks allowing the mixing plant to move quickly, you immediately lift your operation to a higher level. Moreover, the supply of aggregates is ensured by the mobile cement silo of 60 tons.
